At 1^st, April, which is also fools’ day, MF13 students had a casual talk with Professor Zhu. During the conversation, Prof. Zhu introduced her latest research progress and talked about her ideas about Internet finance. Students said that they felt convenient to use “Baby armies”, but Prof. Zhu mentioned that there were also risks associated with money markets. At last, Prof. Zhu said that she was willing to exchange ideas about latest market and wished students a promising future.

朱蕾教授首先分享了自己最近一篇的论文，向同学们介绍了accruals anomaly，这个现象在中美之间的差异。上市公司很有可能通过accrual条目，同时这个一般会升一年降一年，会有一个revert to mean的现象。朱蕾教授最近的研究方向是互联网金融，我们也就“宝宝军团”交流了自己的想法。同学们表示自己都在用余额宝，虽然余额宝的收益在日益降 低。朱老师提出现在的关键在于利率市场化，这对于市场是好事，中小企业能得到更好的融资方式。对于宝宝军团，大众只关注与收益，其实货币基金也是有风险 的。随着利率市场化的进行，传统金融也会采取新的方式来迎接互联网金融的挑战。

在短短的一个小时内，朱老师分享了她对于学术以及市场的想法，她也表示很乐意与MF的学生进行交流。而同学们也了解到市场的另外一面，对于市场有了更加明确的认识。
